The City’s Emergency Rental and Mortgage Assistance Programs were established to assist the most vulnerable, low-moderate, income-eligible residents of the City who are experiencing a COVID-19 hardship.

If you do not qualify for one of these City programs, the state also has mortgage and rental assistance available for a wider range of Florida residents.
