Wrestling, ukuleles, country singers, classical music, National Dog Day events top this weekend

Check out the best events in Indian River, St. Lucie and Martin counties.

It’s the last weekend of August.

Even though the kids are back in school on the Treasure Coast, the whole family (or just the adults) can find fun after the end of the work week.

Watch wrestling matches and see an Olympic bobsled. Enjoy a surfer flick and listen to ukuleles. Dress up in retro clothes and dance the night away. Experience the music of classic composers. View a movie while floating in an inner tube at a waterpark. Discover local country music talent.

Don’t forget to celebrate National Dog Day by adopting a dog or drinking beer with your dogs.
