RE Market Update Sep 2016



As we move through the fall season, here are two single family housing patterns to watch. First is median sale price. At the end of July, August, and September, we recorded $183,000, $185,000, and $184,000 . If this pattern continues, our median home price could remain relatively level in the coming months.
